Indian Times: Quapaws Recover from Killer Tornado (May 16, 2008)
This week on Indian Times, Quapaw tribal members are recovering from the killer tornado that went through Picher, Oklahoma last weekend. The last, surviving signers of the Dawes Roll -- who range in age from 102 to 107 -- are honored at the State Capital. And the Cherokee Nation mourns the loss of aerospace pioneer Mary Golda Ross, the first woman engineer to work for Lockheed.
