Indian Times: Alaska Tribe Drops Gaming Lawsuit (Aug 25, 2008)
This week on Indian Times, KGOU?s Kurt Gwartney reports on the Metlakatla Tribe of Alaska's withdrawal of its appeal in a court case that could have changed native gaming across the nation. The Osage Nation experiences governmental growing pains as each branch of the new government seeks to define itself.
