Kurt Gwartney reports on last week?s decision by US District Judge Gregory Frizzell to deny the Cherokee Nation?s request to be a part of lawsuit against a dozen Arkansas poultry companies. They are accused of polluting the Illinois River watershed due to excess chicken waste. The Cherokee Nation?s lands make up a big part of that watershed.
