Indian Times: Elouise Cobell Sends Out Letter to Indian Country (Feb 20, 2010)
This week on Indian Times, last month?s Supreme Court decision to throw out the centerpiece of the McCain-Feingold legislation may have a negative impact on Native American tribes. Tribes already have a limited impact on lawmakers, now they?ll have to compete with large corporations and big money.

In honor of Black History Month, I spoke with Oklahoman and African American Doug Mitchell. His name may not ring a bell, but he has been behind the training of young journalists of color for many years at NPR. Mitchell talks about the importance of thinking outside your own box.
