Mike Huckabee Visits Oklahoma (Feb 01, 2008)

Republican presidential candidate Mike Huckabee was in Oklahoma City this morning, where he stressed his conservative views and vowed to continue his campaign. Speaking before enthusiastic supporters at Coaches Restaurant in Bricktown, Huckabee called himself the only true conservative running for president. He also called for smaller, more localized government, increased border security, a constitutional amendment to ban gay marriage, and a drastic overhaul in tax policy. Huckabee supports a so-called ďfair taxĒ policy that would replace federal income taxes with a 23 percent national sales tax.
