![]() ![]() When one of Oklahoma City’s oldest architectural and engineering firms closed its doors a decade ago, it left behind hundreds of accounting ledgers documenting its fifty-year history. Now, a group of twenty artists from across the country and as far away as China have found new uses for some of those ledgers in an exhibit described as “an experiment in the divergent paths creativity takes.” “Off the Books” opens this evening at Oklahoma City’s Untitled [ArtSpace] and runs through November 11th. The artists featured in the exhibition will also gather tomorrow morning at 11 for a roundtable discussion about their work. Curator Laura Warriner gives us a sneak preview and describes how the project came about. ![]() « back ![]() |
