OK Lawmakers Respond to National Guard Equipment Shortages (Apr 04, 2007)
The Oklahoma National Guard is under-equipped to deal with domestic emergencies, and the state isn’t alone. Across the nation, nearly 90 percent of Army National Guard units are experiencing severe equipment shortages. Things are now so bad that Congress has been forced to act.
