OK Farmers and Environmentalists Spar Over Animal Manure (May 22, 2007)
Oklahoma farmers and ranchers are pushing Congress to pass legislation that would exempt animal manure as a hazardous waste under federal pollution law. But environmental groups say farm waste is a real problem and rural communities need better protection. Sara Sciammacco reports from Capitol Hill.
