Money for DNA Testing Never Reaches Oklahoma (Nov 06, 2007)
The US Department of Justice was supposed to hand out eight million dollars to states seeking to conduct DNA testing on convicts. But so far the Department hasn’t spent any of it. Now some Oklahoma members of Congress are asking why.
