It’s currently bogged down in Senate negotiations, and he fears that lawmakers might not settle their disagreements by tomorrow, when they leave for the Thanksgiving holiday. The bill costs nearly 300 billion dollars and pays for farm subsidies, food stamps and everything from conservation to trade.
