Congress to Investigate
Contaminated Water Supply (Mar 26, 2008)

A recent report from the Associated Press has drawn attention to what some environmental groups have warned for years – that water systems for millions of Americans have small amounts of pharmaceuticals, including hormones, anti-depressants, birth control medications and caffeine. We hear from Senators Tom Coburn and Jim Inhofe (who’s ranking Republican of the Senate Environment Committee), Representative Frank Lucas, EPA Water Safety Administrator Benjamin Grumbles, Environmental Working Group researcher Sonya Lunder and Oklahoma City Water Utility Spokesperson Skylar McElhaney.
