Wackerly Execution to Proceed (Oct 09, 2010)
OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — The execution of Oklahoma death row inmate Donald Ray Wackerly will proceed on Thursday. A federal judge ruled that Wackerly didn't present enough evidence to show that Oklahoma's lethal injection protocol is unconstitutional, and a request to block Wackerly's execution was denied.
