OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — A campaign finance report filed late Saturday shows Republican James Lankford raised about $402,000 from Aug. 5 through Sept. 30 and has about $12,000 in the bank.

It also says he paid himself $5,000 out of campaign funds last month, but under federal regulations, candidates are allowed to get such payments.
