Food Recall in Oklahoma (Oct 22, 2010)

UNDATED (AP) — The Food and Drug Administration may expand a recall of food made in a San Antonio processing plant that was distributed in Texas and Oklahoma.

Health officials shut the SanGar Produce & Processing Co. plant after it was linked to contaminated celery that sickened at least six people. Four of them died.
