ARCADIA, Okla. (AP) — The owner of a billboard being erected next to a Route 66 landmark in Arcadia is halting construction after a sign attached to the billboard upset residents.

The billboard began going up earlier this month next to the Round Barn and critics say it obstructs the view of the highway landmark.
