HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) — The father of an Oklahoma Army private who's accused of giving classified documents to WikiLeaks says his son's innocent and he's shocked by the restrictive conditions at the military prison where the man is being held.

Brian Manning of Oklahoma City spoke about his son Bradley during an interview that aired Thursday on PBS.
