OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — Oklahoma's higher education regents will spend the next six months examining the formula used to fund the state's 25 public colleges and universities.

It's been four years since the formula was reviewed. Earlier this week, the state House passed a bill requiring regents to suggest changes to how money is allocated.
