Air Quality Concerns: Woodward, Dewey & Major Counties (Apr 07, 2011) The Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality says air quality in three northwest Oklahoma counties is considered unhealthy for people with sensitivities. A DEQ air monitor in Dewey County has detected a concentration of fine particulate matter.
