Longtime State Personnel Official Stepping Down (Sep 02, 2011)
OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — A state official who's been a cabinet member to four Oklahoma governors says he's retiring this fall. Oscar Jackson is the longtime director of the Office of Personnel Management. He's retiring November 1st after spending more than 40 years working for the state. Governor Mary Fallin says she does not plan to replace him.
