Governor Modifies Burn Ban (Oct 14, 2011) OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — Oklahoma's governor says she needs to modify a burn ban under effect for much of the state. Gov. Mary Fallin says recent rain has sparked the changes taking effect Tuesday.
