SUSSEX, Wis. (AP) — Quad/Graphics Inc. said Tuesday that it will close production plants in Virginia and Oklahoma.

The commercial printing company, based in Sussex, said Tuesday the decision to close the plants is part of its plan to integrate operations following the acquisition of Worldcolor in July 2010.

The Journal Sentinel says the plant in Richmond, Va., employs 125 people and will close in December. The Stillwater, Okla., plant employs about 240 people and will end production in May 2012.
