Oklahoma Voices: FOI Oklahoma Fall 2011 Sunshine Conference (Mar 05, 2012)

Robert J. Freeman, Executive Director of the New York Department of State’s Committee on Open Government delivered a keynote address at Freedom of Information Oklahoma’s 4th annual Sunshine Conference in March 2011. The annual national event focuses on transparency in government that enables citizen access to open meetings and open records. Freeman charts the more than three decades of work of the COOG and New York’s Freedom of Information laws.
