Oklahoma loses one of its 5 famed American Indian ballerinas, Mosecelyn Larkin (Peoria/Shawnee).  Miss Larkin danced with the Ballet Russe and along with her husband, Roman Jasinski, founded the Tulsa Ballet Theater.
