Arrest Made in Tulsa Best Buy Shooting (Jul 19, 2012)

TULSA, Okla. (AP) - Tulsa police have arrested an alleged gunman accused of fatally shooting two people - one of them an innocent bystander - outside an electronics store in midtown in broad daylight in a crime that rattled the community and police department.

Police Chief Chuck Jordan announced that police arrested Willie Wise on Thursday in connection with Saturday's fatal shooting of 34-year-old Scott Norman, who was shot multiple times outside the Best Buy store on Skelly Drive.

A stray bullet also struck 58-year-old Graydon Brown, who was shopping for DVDs with his daughter inside the store. Brown died from the wound.

Wise was booked into the Tulsa County Jail on two counts of first-degree murder shortly after noon Thursday. He is being held without bond.
