Foraging in Oklahoma with Chef Andrew Black and Steve Lackmeyer (Oct 19, 2012)

The Oklahoma City skyline is reaching higher with the completion of the Devon Tower downtown. A new restaurant called Vast is supposed to open this month on the 49^th floor of the tallest building in Oklahoma. Williams and Associates Hospitality manages the fine dining venue, along with its restaurant in the Colcord Hotel called Flint. KGOU’s Kurt Gwartney recently visited with Chef Andrew Black who is the vice president of culinary operations for Williams, and Steve Lackmeyer about their book, Foraging in Oklahoma.
