![]() ![]() The Oklahoma City skyline is reaching higher with the completion of the Devon Tower downtown. A new restaurant called Vast is supposed to open this month on the 49th floor of the tallest building in Oklahoma. Williams and Associates Hospitality manages the fine dining venue, along with its restaurant in the Colcord Hotel called Flint.
