The Four Freshmen: Life In Harmony (Nov 13, 2012)

The Four Freshmen is a band which helped to reinvent the concept of close vocal harmony over 60 years ago. This unique group is regarded as one of the top vocal groups of the 1950s and served as a primary vocal influence on Brian Wilson of the Beach Boys.

The “newest four” - Brian Eichenberger, Curtis Calderon, Vince Johnson, and Bob Ferreira - have been performing together since 2001 and have recently completed the new CD Love Songs, which features arrangements of some of the band’s favorite classic love songs.  

In anticipation of the band's Nov. 13th return to Oklahoma, Bob Ferreira details some of The Four Freshmen's storied past and current affairs.
