HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) — Lawyers for an Oklahoma Army private who's charged in the biggest security breach in U.S. history are making his pretrial confinement an issue in his court-martial. Bradley Manning is expected to testify during tomorrow's hearing in Maryland. That'd be the first time he speaks publicly about his nine months in a Marine Corps brig.
