Each year the Associated Press invites leaders at the state capitol to meet with members of the media to talk about the next legislative session. The Republican and Democratic leaders of the state House and Senate, along with the governor, discuss the major issues they anticipate as hot topics when lawmakers return in February. There were several key themes that came up during their presentations: taxes, the federal Affordable Care Act, workers compensation, and bond issues. Gov.
