Joe Wertz previews OKC's Festival of the Arts (Apr 24, 2008)
This week the Oklahoma Gazette’s Joe Wertz previews the Oklahoma City Arts Council's annual Festival Of The Arts. This year's event features more than one hundred artists of various media, including dozens of nationally-recognized names and scores of celebrated Oklahoma artists. In addition to hundreds of paintings, visitors will find unique photography, jewelry, ceramics, wood, leather and fiber creations. Accompanying the visual artists are a wide variety of performers including local bands, solo musicians and dancers who will entertain from four separate festival stages.
