She's hailed as the "Queen of Rockabilly" and soon Wanda Jackson will have her own official place in the Rock 'N Roll Hall-of-Fame. In anticipation of this year's Hall-of-Fame inductions, Oklahoma's own Wanda Jackson will be the subject of an evening of entertainment this Saturday at the University of Oklahoma beginning with the screening of “The Sweet Lady With the Nasty Voice” 7 p.m. at the Meacham Auditorium , inside OU’s Memorial Union at 900 Asp Avenue. Then, at 8:30 p.m. Wanda Jackson will take the stage to offer a live performance featuring her early hits and that "nasty" voice that started it all.
