Oklahoma Voices: Nullification and the Constitution (Sep 20, 2010)
Two hundred twenty-three years ago this past Friday, the delegates to the Constitutional Convention put their signatures to their work, the U.S. Constitution. On today's program, we spend the next half hour in conversation with University of Oklahoma law school associate professor Brian McCall. He recently wrote an opinion piece in the The Journal-Record newspaper that outlines some of the issues surrounding the attempts to exempt states from federal law.
