State Lawmakers Consider Bill to Regulate Tattoo Parlors (Mar 15, 2005)
Oklahoma is the only state in the nation where tattoo parlors are still illegal, but it may not hold that distinction for much longer. Interviewees include State Representative Al Lindley (D-OKC), tattooist Jerry McKinley and State Representative Thad Balkman (R-Norman)
