Congress Considers Regulating Robocalls (Feb 29, 2008)
Robocalls are recorded messages sent by political candidates to phone customers. The federal “do no call” law does not bar them. Some customers say they are intrusive and want the federal and state government to step in. Sara Sciammacco reports from Washington.
