Man in Custody in Norman Wreck (Oct 09, 2010)
NORMAN, Okla. (AP) — Police have taken an Oklahoma City man into custody in connection with a fatal hit-and-run accident in northeast Norman. Yisroel Allen was being held without bond at the Cleveland County jail. He hadn't been formally charged by yesterday afternoon.
