This week on Indian Times, we speak with Melinda Janko about her latest project, Cobell V. The documentary profiles Elouise Cobell, lead plaintiff in the largest class action lawsuit against the U.S. government.

Editor's note: This interview was taped before the Cobell legislation passed the U.S. House of Representatives.  Wednesday, Dec. 8 President Barack Obama signed legislation approving the Cobell v. Salazar Class Action Settlement authorizing the $3.4 billion payment.
