MIDWEST CITY, Okla. (AP) — Fire investigators in Midwest City say fires inside the vacant Heritage Park Mall are believed to be arson.

Fire Marshal Jerry Lojka said several fires were intentionally set inside the former A to Z store about 7 a.m. Thursday and were extinguished by about 8 a.m. No injuries are reported.

Officials did not immediately have an estimate of the damage to the mall.

The mall has been closed for about two years.
