This week on Indian Times, a young single mother sells $31 dollars worth of marijuana to an undercover cop in Kingfisher and receives a 12 year prison sentence…is this justice?  We’ll speak with Brenda Golden,  founder of S.P.I.R.I.T., the Society to Preserve Indigenous Rights and Indigenous Treaties. She is coordinating a rally to support Spotted Crow at her Oct. 6th hearing at the Kingfisher Courthouse along with the N.A.A.C.P.  We also speak with her attorney, Oklahoma City criminal attorney Josh Welch.
