Woodward Mail Processing Center on Closure List (Sep 16, 2011)
TULSA, Okla. (AP) — Mail processing centers in Tulsa, McAlester, Poteau and Woodward are on a list of facilities the Postal Service may close in a plan to save $3 billion. The four have a total of nearly 700 employees -- 573 of them at the Tulsa facility. The public will have a chance to comment at town hall meetings planned in the fall.
