OKLAHOMA CITY - Oklahoma City Mayor Mick Cornett delivered his annual "State of the City" address Thursday.

Cornett touted the changes going on in the city’s core, and said the local economy has every reason to be optimistic in spite of national and international uncertainty.

He did warn, though, against the dangers of not diversifying Oklahoma City's economic interests. He called growth in the energy sector “a good problem to have”, but said the city must continue looking at other market sectors.
