Oklahoma Voices: Investing in a Sense of Place (Oct 15, 2012)
On October 5, the Oklahoma Public Media Exchange celebrated the first year of the joint project between NPR and all the public radio stations in Oklahoma with a public panel discussion moderated by Talk of the Nation host Neal Conan.  

Held at the Devon Boathouse in Oklahoma City, Conan moderated a conversation with Bruce Fisher, the Administrative Program Officer at the Oklahoma Historical Society, and Curator for Development of the African-American Exhibit at the Oklahoma History Center, Dr. Gary Peluseo-Verdend, the President of Phillips Theological Seminary in Tulsa, Margo Gray Proctor, the President of Horizon Engineering Services and the Chairwoman of the National Center for American Indian Enterprise Development, Outgoing House Speaker Kris Steele (R-Shawnee), and Jim Tolbert, the President and Chairman of First Oklahoma Corporation, the owner of Full Circle Bookstore, and President of Oklahomans for the Arts.
