All Judges Win Retention (Nov 06, 2012)
Oklahoma voters are sending all the judges on Tuesday's ballot back to the bench. Members of the appellate courts had faced their first ranking by a non-legal group this election. An organization backed by the State Chamber of Commerce released ratings of the judges based on their pro-business rulings. Voters were in favor of retaining the judges by about 66 percent in every case.
