Choctaw Cafe Focus of Health Inspectors (Nov 09, 2012)

Sometimes knowing what goes on in a restaurant’s kitchen doesn’t make the dining experience more pleasurable. While there are several reality television programs featuring a behind-the-scenes look at what happens before the plate hits the table, a new show called “Health Inspectors” also focuses on public servants, like the Oklahoma City-County Health Department’s Charles Bartusch, who help make sure restaurant food is safe.
